Once a landmark commercial and retail complex, Dame Pattie Menzies House is next to the newest transportation hub in Dickson, Australian Capital Territory.

 

The $41 million redevelopment project is designed by Cox Architecture, a multi-award-winning company. The six-storey building features 163 residences, ground-floor commercial spaces, two levels of basement parking, and attic space.
